How does the pre-order work?
Our boots are made in limited quantities and sold as pre-order. You pay when you order. We ship your pair as soon as it is ready and email you when it is on its way.
How do the boots fit?
They fit true to size. Order your usual size.
Where do you ship to?
To the Netherlands, all EU countries and a selection of countries outside the EU. You see at checkout whether we ship to your country.
What does shipping cost?
Netherlands: €6.95
European Union: €16.95
Outside the EU: €29.95
For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. These are paid by you.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. This also applies to pre-orders. Email info@vontens.com with your order number and we send you the return address.
Return the boots unworn, clean and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost. We refund the purchase price within 14 days.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Return your pair as described above and place a new order.
My order is damaged or wrong. What now?
Email info@vontens.com within 14 days after delivery, with your order number and a photo. We arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
